Islam, Muslims and Australia

The Centre for Muslim States and Societies hosted its annual symposium on Friday, 6 October, 2006.

This year, the venue was Murdoch Lecture Theatre, Arts Building, The University of Western Australia, 35 Stirling Hightway, Crawley 6009.

Registration fee:

$30 waged

$15 unwaged (pensioners and students)

Registration began at 3.30pm. The symposium began at 4pm.

This year, the symposium addressed the ongoing debates between Muslim citizenship and Australian identities. Guests speakers included:
